Just realized that I have to make 2 liters of Zoe's "Hair of the Dog" sauce. Sounds like my normal 1 cup recipe multiplied by about 8 or 10 should do the trick
So tomorrow will be the sauce cooking day, let it ferment for a week and hopefully survive the trip to SP on Friday.
I also need to get the dog to pose for some pictures for the label.
Lets see if this Englishman who moved to Manhattan 10 years ago and spends 10 weeks a year in Belize can give these professional BBQ smokers from Memphis a run for their money!
