The cookbook was created after many of their guests had been requesting non-stop for their recipes after tasting and enjoying each and every meal served to them. With over 20 years of cooking experience these versatile chefs started the family business in 2006. Their specialty in the cooking field is of Belizean and Caribbean cuisine and this cook book is sure to get you up and cooking! You can all wow your friends at your next party or family dinner.
