The house in the photo is the Domingo Cruz Sr. family home on West Street in San Ignacio. Domingo Sr. was very active in the NIP and then the UDP. His son Domingo Jr (my husband) was mayor of the twin towns in the early 80's. Domingo Sr. was elected mayor several years after his son. The home is currently owned by the two youngest Cruz children. Kirt Cruz, San Pedro resident and artist is one of the Cruz's grandchildren.
