So, I've been reading all of the posts on here trying to get a hold on what to do, where to stay and where to eat. You all are a great resource, so thanks for that first off!

Second, there was a long thread about Amigo's boat going up. This followed several suggestions to use them. So, where do they sit now?

Also, do places fill up pretty quick for dive trips? Would it be smart to book ahead of time, or can I wait until I get there?

Thanks again!

Amigo's boat went down a year or more ago, the result of a catastrophic failure of a pressurised oil line. They now have a new and bigger boat and are still giving the (excellent) service they always did. Use them with confidence.

There's no time of the year nowadays when dive boats are consistently full, and you're generally better off waiting till you're here. Resist the temptation to book and pay ahead of time unless you're sure what the refund policy is in the event of bad weather or boat problems.

The new boat is beautiful and even better than the Miss Mel. Enjoy.

A fish and a bird can fall in love, but where will they build their nest?
