Hello all, I am a native Floridian for three generations and Florida is just too populated and taxes are outrageous. I want a simple life, and love to fish inshore and off shore. Can someone tell me the name of a Marina I can keep a 40ft sportfish at? I want to fly there soon and check out the country. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

Depends on the draught. There are many places that could take a 40ft boat, but not if it draws much water. Of course, that's just Ambergris Caye.

You won't locate a more beautiful and friendly peopled country anyplace and the weather is hard to beat,even when raining cats and dogs. However, speaking from personal experience, check out the governmental interventions in whatever area of endeavor you select. You might not like what you find in places.
