Not yet. But there are AA and Alanon meetings on Ambergris Caye and it is a short boat ride away.

Google "Teen Challange". The have been around since 1865 or so. They treat everyone from the very young to the very old. Girls, boys, women and men. It's basically free and has the best success rate of any treatment program. It is faith based. Last I heard they had hundreds of treatment centers all over the world.
My son went through it.
