I was walking home from Jaguar's around 3:30 and came across a guy at BC's who was part of the skydiving group. Evidently he had been mugged earlier in the night and was naturally pretty bummed out.
Here's sending bunches of empathic good will to him and the rest of the skydiving team (if you guys read this) and sincere wishes that you have a blast the rest of your time here and all the best for a good Valentine's day.

It is a very sad fact that muggings do occur on the beach and the streets of San Pedro, especially on the weekends and especially in the wee hours. I am sure we will all hear the details this evening.

I feel for him. My house was burgled yesterday evening while I was out eating.

Yes Amanda I'm sure all the details will be out tonight. I didn't include all the details I was told as it isn't my place to do so. The post wasn't so much to give details of someone's mishap as it was to offer encouragement to any of the skydivers that come here in hopes that they can have a positive weekend filled with the fun that they came here for.

and we appreciate this Monel, thank you for letting us know. It is important that we know when these things are going on as it has been too often lately.

Another person's house was also robbed two nights ago Peter. I am very sorry to hear this.

And I've just learned of another that was broken into last night.
