Morning all!

What is the best *inexpensive* way to get out to the reef on a regular basis? Kayaking seems like a pretty serious endeavor (especially in high winds like last week), but even the smallest motorboat requires a captain's license. How can one get out to the reef cheaply on a regular basis?

I think snorkeling for a morning or afternoon is around $40

Kayak - on a super windy day the snorkeling isn't very good anyway.

Do you mean the snorkeling around Belize is no good or Snokeling to get to the Reef?
