I wouldn't ban anyone personally, as I always have the option to ignore a topic or poster.

I would delete content that reflects badly on Belize/San Pedro, or when would be visitors (who have no idea of who doesn't like who for what reason) could get a false impression of this wonderful place in which we all share a common interest.
