The last time I went down, prices were all over the map (granted, this was Nov. 07, but the internet prices and properties listed have stayed about the same). I've seen one acre properties for $100k, and two acre properties for $50-60k.

Are you saying that Waree Bight is where you have bought property before, or is this an area you've not visited?

No Warree Bight is where we bought - at Freshwater Creek - almost 2 acres. 95,000 (which was below asking). The beach and ocean area is great - a bit shallow of a beach but gorgeous sand, not like the silty type at Orchid Bay.
