Extraordinary that a UK 30 minute news programme which majored on swine flu in Mexico made no mention of the earthquake.

Peter,
maybe that's because earthquakes are local events, and unlikely to spread to UK. What do you think?

Didn't hear anything on US news today either, it's all swine flu and what states have reported cases.

No Dan, Britain is pretty outward-looking. I WOULD have expected quite extensive coverage. Yet other than an initial report yesterday afternoon (UK time) there has been nothing further on any radio or TV channel. Most unusual.
