ok so Ive been to warpaint and Island Supermarket and everywhere else I can think of...any ideas where I can get Q-tips in town ?

Behind the medical/cosmetic/etc. counter..ask 'em!

San Pedro Supermarket also has them.

Any supermarket or pharmacy will have cotton buds. Whether they're the Q-tip brand I don't know, but I don't suppose that matters to you.

I have seen some silly posts on this site, but this takes the cake! Is this really something that needs to be asked here? I have an idea go to one of the stores and ask!

Not all cotton buds are created equal Bing! But I would take some of that cake if you are offering.

If someone cannot find what they want or need common sense says to ask and frankly going to a store and asking only really works here as far as that particular store's stock goes and the logical choices I had already checked.
