Any recent stays at the Sea Breeze that would be willing to comment? Air conditioned? Clean? Relaxing? Trip advisor has good and bad comments....anyone here help me out? Thanks!

Highly recommended. really like it there... don't remember on a/c i don't use it.

The Sea Breeze in Corozal is in a great location, right on the bay. Rooms are clean, good mattresses, hot water. There's a bar upstairs. The owner is very helpful. One of the rooms has a window a/c unit. Swimming in the bay in front of the hotel is OK.

On the negative side - too many dogs barking at 5:00 in the morning (as well as during the day & night), and sometimes noisy neighbours! But this is Belize, and that's just part of the territory.
