Seems a pretty good shot at an American accent to me. Perhaps to Americans it's as bad as Don Cheadles' London accent was in Oceans Eleven or Twelve, whichever it was.

I think Hugh's American accent is good. Many US actors work on losing their regional accent - and then they end up sounding like Hugh
