I have some guests who want to take an overnight trip to the reserve. My emails so far have gone unanswered or have come back to me. Can anyone give me a good contact for accommodations and tours for this site?

I did read that, but the email isn't valid for the place. I sent an email to BTB as well. Not much use in having all these great places for people to go and then not being able to arrange a trip to them for tourists!

I'd heard good things about Mama Noots in the past. They would have to fly into Dangriga.

I have no personal experience with any.
Pelican Beach Resort in Dangriga also does overnight tours to Cockscomb.
I have sent clients to Mama Noots in the past and they liked it but somehow I thought it was currently closed.

cockscomb is an easy drive from placencia peninsula. all tour guides go there and may be of some help as well.
i believe you can just rent a car drive up there and get a room.
