Meet the ladies competing for the title of Reina de la Costa Maya beginning Friday, July 31st at Noche San Pedrana at the Lions Den.

International star for Saturday night is Cristian Castro.

Mario Mejia of Guatemala will be serenading the crowd on Friday (Cultural Night).

The International Costa Maya Festival is but only seven days away. With loads of entertainment already lined up for the fun four day affair, residents will get to start the Costa Maya celebration as early as tomorrow, Friday, July 31st. Noche San Pedrana has been a standstill as the event that kicks off the festivities and this year will be no different. Being hosted by the San Pedro Lions Club, Noche San Pedrana is the night when the gorgeous nine delegates are introduced to La Isla Bonita. Beginning at 7:00 p.m., the night promises to be fantastic and will include a fashion show as well as dance presentations and music from Rompe Raja.

    The actual event is slated to commence on August 6th with beauty and grace as the Reina de la Costa Maya takes center stage. Vying for the title and crown, all ladies are prepare and geared to go. But this is simply the beginning of the festivities. Friday continues with the Opening Gala and musical presentation by Mario Mejia straight out of Guatemala. Belizean entertainment for the night will be taken care by Supa G and his infectious beats.

    Come Saturday, entertainment will be provided by International superstar Cristian Castro. Much awaited and anticipated, the buzz in town continues to intensify as the show’s date nears. Knowing countrywide and worldwide, Cristian brings his biggest hits to San Pedro Town.

    Wrapping up the events will be comedic relief provided by Adrian Uribe from Mexico. With his funny antics, Adrian will have everyone busting at the seams. The Costa Maya Festival is shaping up to be fantastic, don’t forget to get your tickets today!
