Can anyone suggest restaurant, bar, places to go, see and do for a short stay in PG?

The ACES crocodile sanctuary is a must see!!

The Mayan sites, Blue Creek cave, visit a cacao farm where they make chocolate, river canoeing or kayaking, birding, hiking, the waterfalls and snorkeling, diving and fishing on the reef.

The crocodile sanctuary and the cacao farm sounds great, both something I have never seen/done before.

Definitely one or two nights at Hickatee Cottages, excellent food and great hosts. Ian and Kate are super!!!

Hi, do you know which cacao farm specifically makes their own chocolate - and where the product is sold? I was only aware of Goss actually producing in Belize - would love to try any alternatives!

Will be staying at Hickatee. I am also interested in finding out more information on a cacao farm, if anybody knows anything!

How long is the bus ride from Punta Gorda to Placencia. Cost? Website information? Thank you.

you can/should take the bus from pg to independence. then take the 'Hokey Pokey' boat shuttle over to placencia. it will shave an hour or more off your bus ride.
pg to independence would be about 1/2 hour or so ,,,, if i remeber right.
