I do not know particulars in the Spanish Lookout region, however, in Armenia Village, a quiet and lovely little town 9 miles down the Hummingbird Highway from Belmopan, I purchased a 20 acre plantation with a 1,200 squarefoot house made of concrete blocks which were stuccoed over for tightness against the elements. I figure that, considering the house is to Belize standards, for an additional $20,000.00 US dollars I can turn it into a home one would be proud of in the area.
