Spanish look out is way inland and I wouldn't feel they have any problems with hurricanes and my guess on rainfall is 100 inches plus.
You might ask a Mennonite about the details they farm there on a large scale.
Its a very pretty part of the country.

Good site, 100 inches doesn't seem to be a bad guess.
I've also heard it said 100 inches of rain annually was in the definition of rain forest.
