Chef Jenny Staines has put together a special menu of her favorite, “signature” dishes. Many of us know Jenny, she just recently won for best dish at Lobster Fest 2009. Her mother, Mrs. Elvia Staines also won an award this past April from the Belize Tourism Board for Lifetime Achievement.
It will be a very special evening starting off with our social half-hour where will be tasting Jenny’s Squid cocktail…………with our usual complimentary bubbly. Also available cash bar.
