The 1/2 power was to a few places down here yesterday, like the Sausage Factory. I called BEL and they told me they had other complaints, then about 10 minutes later the power cut all together. I had to get back to my BBQ but when I got home at 10pm my TV was psychedelic (sp?) But unplugging it has rightened everything.
