Stock Club Car engines are junk and stock Yamaha chassis are steel and rust apart in a matter of two years. This cart features the best of both worlds. A reliable, powerful, totally rebuilt Yamaha drivetrain on an indestructible aluminum Club Car chassis. I have been driving one just like it for the past two years. I take my cart as far as Journey's End 2 or 3 times a week. This cart is a monster, plain and simple - it is fast, rugged and built for this environment.

Just built for sale, here are the details:

Yamaha drivetrain includes:

- 357cc, , 11.4hp, 4-stroke, Yamaha engine
- new clutch(es) and belts coils, belts and re-bored and freshly oiled differential
- rebuilt starter with new belt, bushings and bearings
- new accelerator cable
- new custom stainless steel muffler
- rebuilt carburetor w/ new gaskets
- custom galvanized engine mount (U-joint), w/ stainless bolts fitting mount to shocks and leaf springs
- freshly cleaned rear hubs with new bearings and brake shoes
- new 12v battery
- all new electrical wiring to lights, pumps, ignition etc.
- full pressure wash and undercoat in the last 5 days - wash and oil to be done upon delivery.

- long top covering rear passengers, aluminum braces stabilizing frame to rear seat
