Does anyone know of a shipper out of Houston? I have tried Sterling Freight, but their website is down.

I have used Salinas Forwarding with good results. There is 1 ship a week that leaves Houston for Belize.

I sent down a 20 foot container. I had stuff going to Salinas for about 3 months from all sorts of places, they just stockpiled it for me. We really didn't have enough to fill the container, but once you pass a certain point it didn't cost any more. Initially we were going to have stuff palletized and sent down, but as out wants grew, it grew into a container. All in all it was an easy and positive experience.

Thanks JMR, this is valuable information people ask all the time.If you did not recommend them, we really would not attempt to use them. Houston can be a tough location to ship from.
