Hi,

Last time at SP we stopped at Fido's and I had an appetizer that was a couple of pieces of good bread toasted and there was a type of salsa (but really wasn't just salsa) that you spooned onto the bread. It was excellent and I'd like the recipe but I cannot remember what the dish was called.

If anyone can help please let me know the name and, if you have it, the recipe. It was soooo good!! LOL

I don't think it was Bruschetta... seem to remember it started with the letter "C", but it wasn't ceviche.

I did go to your link and I guess it is possible that that is what I had. It was just maybe called something different on the menu... Hmmm, their menu isn't online is it??
