Oh, boy.... my email has been blocked since 3:30 this afternoon. Again, this is not acceptable. Is everyone out there going to just sit by and let them dictate your communication?

Or any other person/service, etc. that you need to approach whilst attempting to improve a situation.
Just think of yourself. How would you react if someone was treating you with anger and used the F word? How inclined would you be to help them, no matter their problem?

Having failed to connect to seven or eight numbers yesterday using my Digicell phone, I went into the BTL office and spent 20 minutes having it explained to me that I didn't actually have a problem.
