tcoats	Just let me know if that doesn't work out. It is a small cookbook--only 22 pages--but contains all of the essential Belizean recipes. I bought it especially for the stew chicken and rice and beans recipes. Yum!

Niklauryn	Will let you know for sure..September was our first time in Belize and we really loved the food, the people. I bought spices from the Rasta Pasta lady when I returned home and had them sent to my home...really good! Thanks again...
