Depending on musical tastes there should be a number of options. My absolute favourite "local" group is Will and Dale. They play every wednesday night at the Holiday Hotel.

When we had a party at the house Wil and Dale played, it was great background music while we mingled and ate and then they cranked it up a notch and there was dancing, singing and lots of frivolity.

They are San Pedranos, so no transportation and lodging necessary.

AND, they are good !

I Know of some drummers if that interests you one steel drum and one jembe (sp?)

I finally got to meet and jam with Tonya (The Steel Drummer) last night at Ledgend's Jam.

WOW, she is very good, and a ball of energy.

She ran the whole band during her songs, and also played percussion for a lot of the rest of the night.

Zak on the Jembe is also always a treat, Too bad his drum broke last night.
