My friend on the island has a relative participating in a qualifying Olympic game, Apparently, "Star Choice Cable" is the only way to view it on the Island. Does anyone who might have access (restaurant / sports bar)?

My not being a sports follower can't tell him much of anything - he would really really appreciate your help with this!

I understand that Star Choice doesn't work very well here - we are just too far south to receive the necessary signal coverage.

Can you watch via the internet?

Okay I have had my wrists slapped and been corrected. Star Choice is the Canadian Sat service that works well here.

But I don't know anywhere public that picks up this service.

Apparently, there is a bar in Caye Caulker that has it, just thought someone on AC might carry it (like Lime or Pedro's or the Sports Bar)
