Marty, you got the eye.

Just joined up and have no clue what I'm doing. So I decided to post a note here. I'm new to the board but not to the carribean. Many trips with my husband but none to Belize. We just booked a trip to Ambergris Caye @ Xanadu in late November. I would truly appreciate any info. We are not divers but love to snorkel and kick back into vacation mode upon arrival. We always love to appreciate the local food and people. Not really into anything except laid back.
