Just got back last week from 7 nights at Ramon's and just loved it. Stayed in beach front cabana #32, which was beautiful. It's the upstairs part of the cabana, and waking up to the thatched roof every morning was great. It had a refrigerator and coffeemaker too.
Loved to walk down Ramon's pier in the evenings with a couple of dinner rolls and a flashlight to feed the fish. Ramon was really cool - he came by our table several mornings at breakfast to chat, and showed us his photo album of the damage to the resort after the hurricane (completely fixed now).
The only drawback we could find is that the resort is right across the street from the airstrip, and the planes start flying around 6:30 a.m. Even so, we'll stay there again.
