Not sure how much sailing you want to do but Caye Caulker south of San Pedro would be the 1st stop. Then most likely down to Tobacco caye where there is 2 beach bars, the last time I was there. You might also get out to Turneffe and Glovers Reef. Not sure about beach bars in either place but great snorkling , fishing and diving, And then down to Placencia where there is number of beach bars and sandy beaches.

Turneffe and Glovers Reef are off limits to bareboat charters, for that you would need to have a local captain on board.

I wasn't aware of Tobacco Caye, thanks for the info. Since there are ten of us, our sailing usually consists of getting to the next bar due to someone being way too hungover to handle the swells. Although, perhaps minimal swells due to the reef?
