A new 200-page eBook, Belize Islands Guide by Lan Sluder, is now available as shareware on
http://www.BelizeFirst.com. The guidebook covers Ambergris Caye, Caye Caulker and the offshore cayes and atolls of Belize. It rates most hotels on Ambergris Caye, Caye Caulker and on Belize's other islands on a star system and reviews restaurants, tours and activities.
Those who download the eBook as a PDF file currently are asked to pay US$5 if they find the eBook useful. If not, they need not pay anything. After the introductory period through March 15, 2010, Belize Islands Guide will be sold on the BelizeFirst web site only upon payment by credit card or Paypal.
The eBook, along with regular print editions, is also available -- though at higher prices, ranging from US$6.95 to US$19.95 -- on
www.geckoguides.com, www.amazon.com and other web sites. It will soon be available on other sites, including Apple's iBook.com.
