We will be on Ambergris Caye over the Easter
Holiday. Good Friday through Easter Sunday.
I there anything that we should be aware of, such as, do tours still go out, are the restaurants open, stores open, etc?

Also, I have been to Belize before but would still like an update on what to bring.
Does anyone have any secrets on the perfect packing job? Anything that I cannot live without?

I was there last Easter. Everything closed at midnight on Holy Thursday and was closed all day on Good Friday. Everything was open again on Saturday and on Easter. It seem that Good Friday is the only off day that most people in San Pedro get. So the only day you might have trouble on is Good Friday other than that its buisness as usuall.

MUCHO FIESTA at the Palapa Bar on Easter Sunday. Great Music, fun and great food!! Around 3pm to 7pm....Rick will be cooking!!Don't really remember much of anything closing!! The "procession" on Holy SAturday closed some bar's/places until the procession is through..they'll always be something open for tourist, but watch the "Procession" tis good for the heart!! We'll be at Holiday HOtel!!! C&R
