be very careful..... Ritalin is your best choice. you will not find Adderal or for certain not Vyvanse there. Vyvanse is a new drug and very highly controlled. Go back to old school and take the ritalin if you can find it. Not a Dr., just stating facts from my experiences with my daughter. Also, Vyvanse is very expensive, go cheap, works the same as Ritalin.

I know you don't like me much from your negative comments in the past, but I am a clinical psychotherapist, and I have no problems with you. With regard to your needs, and those who take Adderal from my experience, are best not to mess around with other drugs.
I suggest you have your drugs brought down by friends or local board users, by having them sent to them,, and having them bring them....but discreetly.
You can get 90 day supplies in pharmacies in the States if your MD is well known to your US pharmacy. If you have sketchy ways you get your drugs, just move to the boring side, and get the right MDs go work with you and have a history with you. I heard your little joke about diagnosis and Rx. Try to practice mediation, it keeps you focused and away from pills with many good side effects.

Meditation should also be a part of your martial art training,
it helps you to handle emotions, angers and it is sharpening the reflex timing for your Jujitsu.

Both Adderall and Ritalin are controlled substances in the US. Both require a monthly physical prescription. They cannot give refills. Ritalin has the same action as Adderall. There are slow release forms of Ritalin as well. Ritalin is also relatively cheap. You might want to see a doctor in Belize, explain your history, and ask for a prescription for the Ritalin. At a recent training, the presenter (a doctor) prescribed a morning cup of coffee, or two (liquid stimulant, which is what ADHD drugs are) and jump rope for 15 minutes 3 X per day. Exercise releases the endorphines that allow for concentration.
