from a friend just this morning....

i just had the MOST AMAZING wonderfully typical magical san pedro thing happen!
on my walk i passed a junkyard,with a couple of shacks around and spied a birdcage.of course i was curious where the bird was.a little girl came out and told me they had a parrot,he was in the trees.before i knew it the whole family was out calling for lorito.he was lovely-an amazon with a grey blue head.it was a wonderful time.i promised on my next visit i would bring them copies of the photos i took.

then outside a store a group of teenagers were laughing and hanging out.when i came out of the store they were hugging and kissing each other.i wished them a happy vday and one of the girls came up to me and gave me a kiss and a hug
