tacogirl	When you have tight muscles in back or neck fill a glass jar with hot water wrap in a clean dish cloth and roll on the area to help release knots. Using fresh coconut oil on hair occasionally makes it nice and soft. Gaz Cooper	Next time you’re in an elevator alone, hit the button for your floor and the “Close Door” button at the same time.
