Center of circulation has stalled it's move northeasterly at a few
miles north of Xcalack, Mexico. In Miami we are starting to get the band
of weather coming off Keith with rain in this area. Keith will move
north when the front that is blocking in the Gulf of Mexico retreats.
Chetumal Bay reported as normal, just an extra low tide.
No deaths reported from Caye Caulker by cellular phone so far.
Winds are 40 mph or so. Water taxi skiffs can now make the run to Caye
Caulker from Belize City. The sea and wind is not as bad as some
northers in the winter months. Residents of Caye Caulker are crawling
out of their holes. Still rainy over most of Belize.
