You can rent/buy bikes at Joes. If you are coming from the North its first right after Police Station/BTL just before you get to Pirates Pizza
Make sure you buy one with Stainless Steels wheels....everything rusts in San Pedro!!
The hardware stores also sell bikes

You would need to apply for a permit before purchasing a motorized scooter.
