From photos we have seen, and in some of the messages posted on this site, it appears that there is always a "nice steady breeeze" coming on shore of AC. Is this right, or is it actually more of a steady WIND!! A lot of the photos show palms that are pretty blown.

Not to worry. Yes, there is almost always a pleasant breeze blowing. Many folks don't even use their AC. Just open the windows. Naturally, just prior to a storm the breeze may change direction or hit a lull. Or the storm may bring some stiff wind, but it's only temporary. Squalls and little storms are normal in the Caribbean, but infrequent.
Just have a wonderful time in the sunshine!

We were there March 1st-10th. I guess I would have to say I called it more than just a breeze. I don't think they call them "tradewinds" for nothing. It wasn't annoying windy, just enough that I pretty much always had to have may hair put up in a claw or it was constently in my face. But believe me when I say you will be happy for it because one day it wasn't quite so "breezy" and it can be quite warm without it. It by no means effects the amount of fun you will have. Enjoy!!

Was windy when we were there 4/2-4/9 but just put your hair up if it's long . since my hair is short i had to use barrettes to keep it fom being in my eyes all the time. with the wind you don't notice the heat. it's not too bad.
