Not if you chill it then wrap it in several layers of bubblewrap. I brought a stilton out a couple of years ago by your route, and it was still fresh and slightly cool when I unwrapped it after I got here.

That said, I fear you won't be coming when you say. I believe the Icelandic volcano will see to that.

yes you can bring in a carton of cigarettes and not be charged duty when you enter the country.
