I bought a jar of Chinese Garlic Chili Sauce and tried it out by mixing into scrambled eggs...wow what a flavour! Strong stuff...just use a little...

But the taste is wonderful! I have two nice thick pork chops slathered in this sauce and roasting slowly. The house smells fantastic!

Try this. My favorite sauce for fried chicken (cold or hot)

3tbl Korean chili paste
3tbl ketchup
1/4 cup sugar
2tbl toasted sesame seeds
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Stir up

Coat fried chicken or use for dip

The very best brand of chili sauce is Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce...it has a Rooster on the bottle....used by a lot of famous oriental chefs.......hot, but very flavorable.
