AAARRRGGGGHHH!!!!! You order hot tea --- You get HOT tea --- You dump it in your lap --- You get burned.

Each part of this starts with the word YOU so, where is the personal responsibility????

Can I sue for my tea not being the correct temp if it is too cold and not to my liking??? Or how about if I spill it on myself and get a stain on my clothing which causes me unimaginable mental anguish because of a perceived sense of ridicule from on lookers? Come on now... I need traveling money... I wanna get back to S P asap! smile

i remember a story about some young guy who got turned down for a job because he didn't have a hi school diploma.
he sued his parents because they didn't make him stay in school.

and a guy i actulay worked with tried to file a wrongful employment suit. he claimed that if had not been hired by this company, he would have more time to go look for something else.
he was turned down and eventulay fired.

I really don't think it is fair to blame all lawyers for this idiots lawsuit. (By the way, is it possible to file suit against the One Barrel company for getting me so drunk I ripped a brand new pair of shorts because i fell down?)

Not quite comparable, but there was a young man in England who was convicted of killing both his parents. He asked for clemency in sentencing because he was an orphan.
