Greetings all,

I am trying to locate a suitable lawyer for my new venture in Belize.

However before I actually physically travel to Belize I need to buy a boat and several other items.

My questions is this: Who could give me a blank Sales and Purchase agreement that I could use to make these purchases?

It needs to be simple and legal in Belize.

That is all I need.

If any lawyer is willing to send me a very simple blank form, I will use his/her services when I finally arrive there.

Many thanks,

OMG! Keller does that indicate that you are as "mean" as me? LOL Or does it only mean that you are up at 11:00, which some people seem to think that is quite late at night. hee hee smile

On the off chance that somebody other than Linzz (who must be pulling our legs) would benefit by some info ........

There are no boiler-plate contracts published for the public's use here.

Lawyers generally require a retainer before they begin working for you. If they send you a contract you are already "using their services" and will be required to pay for said services.

It is ill-advised to buy boat if you are not present in person to buy it and do the paperwork.

Just a little side note, Main Street San Pedro is approximately 6 blocks long last week I walked it slowly, enjoying my day and looking for what evil I could find. I counted 14 real-estate sales offices between the Roman Catholic School to Belize Bank.

There is still the boat available from the Cuban Refugees, it located between Wet Willy and the Beach. It just needs a little bit fixing.

It's for sure a bargain and it only needs a engine and you ready to go ;-)
