Todays observation--Its time for SPD to get some new delivery vehicles. The tractor wagon deal is quaint but no longer practical.
Those contraptions plug the streets, stall traffic,the drivers are blind(no mirrors), and dangerous.
I am sure they make nice snappy looking small beverage delivery truck that would carry the same amount. I hope they don't wait till someone gets squashed before they upgrade.
