Wow, what a great video!

After numerous trips to Belize, just last Thanksgiving Day, I finally did the Bacalar Chico trip and a beach BBQ at Tranquility Bay. Thought it was just beautiful....

The island is changing fast and we have had to change with it in that what we advertised as 'North Island' and 'Remote' isn't Remote
anymore. The beaches on this part of the island are all becoming constructions sites, so were now using Tranquility Bay and the Bacalar Chico Reserve for our BBQ/Fishing/Snorkeling destinations.
Any more North and we'll need passports!

That was an exceptionally well produced video.

Only one question - was the airstrip shown for arrival and departure actually San Pedro's? It looked much more like Caye Caulker's to me.

Some of the footage from the take offs and landings were not usable due to rain and or wind so I used what I could....

Lovely work Becky. I see this and the longing to be back on the island is almost unbearable.

Elbert, lots of fishies in the shots but the coral didn't look to healthy to me. Any comment in that regard, please?

The coral shots were of a single spot right in front of the Tackle Box where the water is about 4.5 feet deep.

When we snorkeled at Hol Chan and on the way to Balacar Chico the coral looked pretty good.

The coral in some spots has been bleached quite badly by the sun. There are more vibrant spots around the resort as well.
