I angree with Casa Caracol. People who have posted reviews here have had nothing but positive comments. The owners are lovely people and very accomodating to their guests.

Everyone has good posts on this. We have a place in the North because we prefer to stay there. However we spend a lot of time in the South because there is more to do. If you are the type that likes to stay out later and bar hop, I suggest the South. You can do that a bit in the North but its very low key.

If you visit during the rainy season you will likely have a tougher time commuting your your cart to/from the North.

Enjoy!

The area where Casa de Lisa is very quiet, there are no golf carts and no foot traffic.
On the northside near Casa Caracol there are alot more people walking on the beach and golf carts passing on the beach. I prefer the southside where it is very quiet.
