We are looking for somebody that has experience as a cook. We have a 5 table restaurant with small kitchen. Candidate has to be willing to cook, clean, do the dishes and serve/cater to the guests. Candidate has to be able to work independent. Knowledge of foreign dishes such as pasta or mexican dishes is a plus. Candidate has to be willing to stay on the Caye (Lighthouse Reef) for a minimum of 3 weeks.

My husband and I have run a small restaurant for 5 years in TN. We are in our 50's and would like a change in our life. We visited Belize several years ago and have wanted to return.
