It is worth it for many of us. Many didn't think so and moved back home. Depends on what you are looking for in a lifestyle.
Plenty of pharmacies to choose from.
You will not be able to have a car and getting a golf cart can be difficult. You will need to be a resident to apply for the permit.
There are shipping companies that can send your things from either Houston or Miami.
Any of the Real Estate companies at mlsambergriscaye.com are highly recommended.
To get from the belize international airport, the best and easiest way is via Tropic Air. 20 minute flight and you're on the island.
You have a good day too.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay while looking at properties, please check out Pirate Villas.
Good luck!

Next to Legends is Waterford, which is being built at this time. Pirate Villas is 100' north of Waterford on the same side of the street.

You have to be a resident to get a golf cart?

No but you have to be a resident to get a permit to own a golf cart on the island.
