Are these stackable?

Yes, they are a stacking washer/dryer, the dryer is on the top, is 220v and the washer is on the bottom, 110v.

I am moving there by oct 1st. I already leased a building and need a stackable. How could I secure this?

I have wooden tables, chairs, the washer/dryer, pots, pans, dishes and many other things you may need to have a business here and start a household. The cooler is sold already, but when you arrive come see me. If you want the washer/dryer, then I will take you at your word and it will be here when you arrive. Take me at my word, it is in like new condition, it was a 4000$ set and I am selling and storing it for a friend.

That sounds great. I also need to furnish an entire apartment too so if you know of any bed frames, wardrobes, couches, fridges, etc. let me know. I need a lot of stuff.

And I also need a golf cart with a permit that is being transferred with it

I thought permits were not transferable?
