In the past, I've tried to discourage my travel companions from going to the croc feeding. Despite explanations of dangers and the laws, nothing would dissuade them. A local that heard my diatribe about took my head off for interfering with the croc feeders ability to make a little cash, pointing out that I've no idea how hard it is for many people to make a living on the island. I'm still anti-croc feeding but since getting chewed out, I've been able to see the other side.
